Below is a listing of public meeting on transit that you and others can attend and voice your support or concerns about them.

If you can not attend, you can submit your concerns to the party holding the meeting.

Metrolinx does not allow the public to speak at the Board of Director Meetings, but you can submit your concerns to them in writing at their head office and it will be pass onto the Board members.

TTC allows the public to speak at their meeting and you only have 5 minutes to do so, if the matter is on the agenda. If not, you can write TTC head office and request that the matter be put on the agenda as soon as possible, but there is no grantee it will be added at later date and is subject to the approval of the commissioners.

If you want to speak to a matter on the agenda, you must get your name on the deputation list by 11:55 am, the day before the meeting. You can also submit your request to speak, your documentation and your speak HERE and it will show up in the agenda material for everyone to see at the meeting.

Depending on where you live, you maybe able to speak before your City Council and must contract the City Staff to put you on the agenda along with any material you want to use in your presentation. Not all council will allow you to speak before them or allow your request to do so in the first place.

As a warning, when making your presentation, do your homework first on your issue as well offering a solution to it, as it goes along way in getting the councilors/commissioners and the public on your side as well getting them to understand the issue. Most politician don't like people complaining about a matter without having an option to rectify the problem in the first place. Power point presentation goes along way with done correctly, but keep it short and to the point.
